Electronic Manufacturing Solutions (EMS) Engineering team supports the manufacturing process from New Product Introduction (NPI) to full‑scale production.

• Quote Triage – Every new or up-issued product is triaged by the Engineering team ahead of quoting, confirming the required data has been received and raising any technical questions.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) – Each new or up-issued product is reviewed by a combined team of Engineering, Quality and Sales, following our NPI Procedure to assess manufacturability ahead of Production.
• PCB Design Support – Either through the quote triage process or NPI, Engineering, where applicable, communicate PCB design questions to the customer.

• Engineering generate Build Procedures for every assembly, using Aegis CircuitCam, which provides work instructions for Operators and generates machine programmes for Surface Mount Assembly (SMT), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and Selective Soldering.
• Engineering support Production with NPI and where applicable customer liaison, including test and specialist assembly processes.
