In conjunction with our prototype assembly solution we can offer;

From single component supply in one delivery to JIT  / Kanban despatch and complete kit supply EMS can meet your requirements.

Via our EMACs MRP system our commitment to quality and precision runs throughout our component sourcing. The EMACs system provides EMS with order processing, stock control and stock traceability functions.

Utilising our purchasing power in harmony with our supply partners we can source and supply a comprehensive range of components, including hard to find and obsolete component sourcing.

We can supply;

• Any manufacturer

For your production requirements we hold a large stock of 0805, 0603 and 0402 resistors and capacitors.  This stock holding allows EMS to focus on the components unique to your assembly.

The most common values and sizes are permanently on our 300 feeder capacity Panasonic MV2F pick and place machine, meaning our production setup is kept to a minimum.
