Test Solution

EMS can provide a range of Automated Test Solutions either as part of your whole product assembly or as a standalone service.  Using our wealth of Automated Test experience we can provide you with a Test Solution to suit your requirement.

EMS provides test solutions for;

  • PCB Assemblies
  • Wire and cable assemblies
  • Complete product testing

The Automated Test Solutions include;

  • In-circuit test – using our in house jig production capability and our ATE test units.
  • Functional test – from simple ‘go /no go’ to full functional testing including detailed test reports.
  • Cable harness test
  • Boundary scan – via JTAG 
  • RF Test
  • Flying probe – currently outsourced
  • X-Ray – currently outsourced
