EMS invests in Tyco AMP 3K/40 Press

Thatcham, UK – EMS announced today the commission of a Tyco AMP 3K/40 Press from Tyco Electronics UK. 

Capable of crimping a complete range of reel fed crimps from any manufacturer designed for medium to high volume production.

“Following the investment in the WDT SSC-2FP Safety Press for bulk crimps towards the end of 2008 our focus switched to a reel fed crimp machine hence the latest investment in the Tyco AMP 3K/40 Press,” said Bernard Chubb, Managing Director of EMS.  “As announced previously this purchase confirms our commitment to ongoing investment and improving our wire harness, cabling and crimping solutions.”
